knits

these knits and textile related earrings are currently without homes. I have not put prices on them. There is no way to price things that makes sense to me.

I’m going to post a thing, and you feel free to send comments via contact page with counter-offers, complaints, concerns or questions and I will take your thoughts in to consideration. Please do keep in mind that if it is handspun it takes 10-20 hours to spin a 100g ball. A shawl will take another 5-20 hours depending on the size, complexity, and yarn weight (the ones below average 8-10 hours).

That would mean to pay me minimum wage for my work, one of the “full size shawls” below (in handspun) would cost $250 at the low end.

This craft is my choice, and this is not my primary job, but I want YOU to know that so you don’t throw shade at the brilliant artists who create for you in the future.

ALL THAT BEING SAID – Here is a suggested cost, but please offer what you can and I will accept as I am able. I also want you to know that any cost above the cost for materials wil bel donated to one of my local community care faves, namely North End Women’s Center or Sunshine House.
